Creator and Founder of
PULL (People United for Latino Leadership) Duties included doing all
necessary tasks to start a not-for profit organization from the ground
level. Provided a site for the organization and placed it in Lake
County, Illinois. Duties include reaching out to all leaders in the
community so they can be part of our organization, recognize it and
serve it. The main function is to obtain or increase donations from
corporate America, businesses and foundations then having an annual
awards scholarship banquet. The scholarships are awarded to university
students or high school seniors that are academically excellent in their
disciplines that wish to be future leaders in their chosen profession.
The potential candidates must show in a composition form of how they
will contribute back to the community. Other duties include constantly
seeking, interviewing and incorporating board members so they can serve
and assist in Pull’s goals.

Senate
Outreach Coordinator
Served on Michel Bond’s
general election staff in 2006. Duties included all related to getting
the candidate elected to the Senate in the General Election. Duties
included running all local fundraisers by making sure that they showed a
profit, were well attended by elected officials, community leaders and
residents. Other duties included ensuring that community events were
well attended and successful. These events included parades, picnics,
community forums and other social events related to campaigns. Other
duties included acting as a liaison for the campaign with local elected
officials and business leaders.

Senatorial Aide
Served on Senator Geo-Karis
reelection staff in 1998, 2002 and 2006. Duties included all related to
getting a candidate secure in office and expanding the senator’s base to
insure reelection. Duties included securing endorsements, committing
community leaders, securing workers for re-election campaigns and
assisting in fund raising events. Other duties involved assisting the
community to ensure that services was rendered where and when needed,
representing the senator at events in the district and being her liaison
for all events in the district. Other duties included providing accurate
information to the Senator so she could act, delegate and serve her
constituency appropriately.

that seeks, sells and imports Eastern European Products to furniture
stores, flower shops and a wide variety of business for retail sale.
Other duties include transporting products, finalizing prices for sale
and projection of future monthly gross sales for inventory. At times
directing sales calls and leading potential retailers to the corporate
website and competitor’s websites for competitor pricing.
2. Identify possible
customers and call upon them for introduction of services and sales
promotions. Done by asking what is the best leader item and attempt to
move comparative items at a nominal cost as well as matching interior
decorative models.

evidence. Conduct on site investigations when necessary. Arrange
schedule to work on a multiple of cases.

drafts and submit recommendations to a supervisor in a detailed report
consisting of factual documents, witness statements, and
recommendations based on the findings relevant to the charges.
